What is the event all about?

  • The event is for the creation of the Graphic Designer community in Nepal who are in touch with one another to share the skill sets and working experience and much more.
  • The event will present the current working experience from the people who has worked in different Graphic Design sector to share their experience.

Why not on 27th of April as it is World Visual Communication day?

  • April 27th is the Graphic Design Day and as our tough luck it is on Sunday. Our members preferred to have meetups on public holidays rather than on working day. So we had to postpone the event on 3rd May.

Why is there a price?

  • The price to attend the event is Rs. 500 only. It covers 50% cost of food, venue and other misc cost of the event. 50% would be covered from the sponsors. We also feel that free event doesn’t grant seriousness of the participants.

Is there any limitation on number of seats?

  • Yes, the limited number of seats are only 45.

What is the outcome of this event?

  • The outcome to the event is to create a formal network beyond FB and also Graphic Designers’ Community Nepal’s website.
  • In future, we would have specific sessions for specific skill sets.
  • Any other possibilities as suggested by members.
  • Networking sessions.
